Our bachelor's in accounting program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success in various fields of accounting. By completing this program, you will be well-prepared to pursue essential certifications such as the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). With a diverse range of courses, from Intermediate, Cost, and Managerial accounting courses to Auditing and Tax, you will be ready to excel in both private industry and public accounting roles.
Program Formats
- Online degree with online courses and access to faculty for $490 per credit.*
- On-campus degree in traditional classroms at the standard undergraduate tuition rate for the current academic year.
Scholarships are available for online and in-person students.

- Select courses will be taken in real-time via Zoom on a scheduled night of the week with the professor and other students
- Acceptances into the program occur throughout the year
- Multiple start dates in the fall, spring, and summer
- Transfer up to 84 credits under the program director's approval

Entrance requirements
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended
- Cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.0 is required
- If undergraduate GPA is less than 2.0, an essay is required
- If then less than 60 transferrable undergraduate credits, an official high school transcript or proof of GED must also be submitted
- If high school GPA is less than 2.0, an essay is required

Accepted into the program
- An official acceptance letter will be emailed to you that will include your Student ID number
- An email from your Admissions Counselor will be sent to you with Next-Step details
- Password information will be sent separately from the Information Technology office which will provide you access to Blackboard, your Concordia email account, and your student portal
- Academic Advising Appointment: Once admitted, you may schedule to meet with your Academic & Career Advisor who will review your degree plan, discuss orientation steps, the CUW student portal, and assist with registering for classes
